This necklace is designed using a gorgeous Kambaba jasper carved leaf and 8mm rounds of Kambaba and polished onyx. Sterling silver Bali beads and clasp complete the design. The matching earrings have ear wires that I handcraft from sterling silver wire. The picture does not truly show the beauty of this gemstone. It is a beautiful deep green with black. I was able to hand pick the gemstone hearts for the series of necklace sets I have just made. This one is an amazing rhyolite saucy, puffy heart that is gorgeous. I have added 8 mm rhyolite and riverstone beads and some sterling and Bali silver and a silver hook to complete the design. The matching earrings have sterling hook earwires. S-3 50.00

Several years ago I bought a bag of beads from a young man from Nepal. He told me they came from his village and were some broken jewelry that was very old. I loved the malachite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, sponge coral and golden amber! There were some glass beads that I cannot identify. The quality of the stones and the patina from years of wear made them even more beautiful! Recently I spend a day untangling them and found one complete necklace...which I am keeping for myself. I have used those beads and strung two necklaces and a bracelet. This is one of the necklaces and I have the other on this page also. This necklace is 21 inches long. I think it is beautiful!
